The staff was understanding and promptly refunded my pet deposit.
The overall condition of the room was appalling. Upon check-in, I found dirty and stained sheets. A foul odor. There was even mold in the freezer, unacceptable in any hotel environment.

The rooms were big size and had a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a tub. The hotel had decent location near a nice area and Foley. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The check-in process was super smooth. I barely spent 10 minutes at the front desk. The room I stayed in was large and equipped with essential amenities like a fridge and microwave. The self-serve breakfast was decent, with fresh waffles and good coffee. The location near the interstate was convenient. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found some dirt in the corners, and while the bed was comfortable, the towels looked worn out. Decent stay, but some attention to cleanliness would improve the experience significantly.

The bed was quite comfy, offering a decent night's sleep amid several issues. The location is also convenient for travelers looking for easy access to the area.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Hallways had a lingering smell, and our room needed basic maintenance, disappointing for the price paid.
